Lex Gazette strives to make high-quality research accessible while managing operational costs through various funding mechanisms. To support the journal’s sustainability and ensure a fair review process, we have established submission fees. This section outlines the details regarding submission fees, including payment procedures and fee waivers.

Submission Fees

  1. Standard Submission Fee:
    • Amount: 1000 INR (for India Authors)

                 25 Dollar (for International Authors)

  1. Purpose: Covers administrative costs associated with the review process, including manuscript handling, peer review management, and initial editorial assessments and Certificate printing and dispatching.
  2. Co- Author/s Charges:
    • Amount: 300 INR (for India Authors)

                10 Dollar (for International Authors)

  1. Purpose: Covers administrative costs associated with Certificate printing and dispatching.

Payment Procedures

  1. Payment Methods:
    • Credit/Debit Card: Payments can be made online via the journal’s submission system using major credit or debit cards.
    • Bank Transfer: Payments can also be made via bank transfer. Please contact the editorial office for bank account details and instructions.
    • Invoice: For institutions or organizations making payments on behalf of authors, invoices can be provided upon request.
  2. Payment Timing:
    • Submission: Payment is required upon acceptance of the manuscript. A payment link will be provided during the submission process.
    • Revisions: If additional charges are incurred during the revision process (e.g., for extra pages or colour figures), payment is required before the final acceptance of the manuscript.
  3. Confirmation:
    • After payment, a confirmation receipt will be sent to the corresponding author. Please retain this receipt for your records.

Fee Waivers and Discounts

  1. Waiver Criteria:
    • Financial Hardship: Authors who are unable to pay the submission fee due to financial constraints may apply for a fee waiver. Please submit a waiver request detailing the financial situation when submitting your manuscript.
    • Institutional Support: Authors affiliated with institutions that have agreements with Lex Gazette may be eligible for fee discounts or waivers. Check with your institution or the journal’s editorial office or visit APC wavier details on our website.
  2. Special Circumstances:
    • Developing Countries: Authors from developing countries may request a fee waiver or reduction. Please provide proof of institutional affiliation and financial status.

Refund Policy

  1. Non-Accepted Manuscripts:
    • Submission fees are non-refundable regardless of the outcome of the review process. This policy helps cover the costs incurred during the review and editorial handling of the manuscript.
  2. Errors in Billing:
    • If there is an error in billing or payment, please contact the editorial office immediately to resolve the issue. Adjustments or refunds will be made as appropriate based on the error.
