Yash Pratap Singh Narwaria is a Research Scholar at Lovely Professional University, recognized for his exemplary contributions to legal academia and practice. With an unwavering commitment to advancing legal scholarship, Yash has served as an Assistant Professor of Law at renowned institutions, specializing in teaching the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Company Law, and Competition Law. He holds a robust academic foundation with an LL.M. in Business Law from Dharmashastra National Law University, Jabalpur, and a B.A. LL.B. from Jiwaji University, Gwalior. Currently, he is pursuing a Master’s in Political Science complementing his interdisciplinary approach to legal studies and research. His academic journey is further distinguished by his ongoing Ph.D. research.

Yash is an active member of the global legal community, with affiliations including the Young Singapore International Arbitration Centre (YSIAC) and the Young International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA).
