Prof. (Dr.) Rakhi Singh Chouhan
Prof. (Dr.) Rakhi Singh Chouhan is a seasoned academician and legal professional with over 22 years of experience, including 14 years as an advocate and 7.5 years in regular teaching. She currently serves as a Professor and Director at Chandigarh Law College, Chandigarh Group of Colleges formerly she also served as a Professor and Deputy Director at Amity Law School, Amity University Madhya Pradesh, Gwalior. Dr. Chouhan is a PhD holder from Barkatullah University, Bhopal, with an exemplary academic record, including a Gold Medal in her LL.M.
She has extensive experience in academia, having previously worked at institutions such as Dr. KNK Law College, Ratlam, and various universities as a guest lecturer. Her legal practice includes expertise in writs and criminal cases
Dr. Dayananda Murthy C.P
Dr. Dayananda Murthy C P is a distinguished legal academic and researcher with over 25 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic leadership. Currently serving as an Associate Professor of Law and DPIIT Chair Professor at Damodaram Sanjivayya National Law University (DSNLU), Visakhapatnam, he has held various pivotal roles, including Director of Academic Affairs and Research and Registrar I/c. His educational journey is marked by excellence, earning second rank in his B.A.LL.B., and LL.M. degrees from Vidyavardhaka Law College, Mysore University, and Bangalore University, respectively. He further advanced his academic pursuits with a Ph.D. from Sri Krishna Devaraya University, focusing on copyright issues in the digital media landscape.
