    • Confirmation of abstract approval
    • A unique paper ID, which must be used for all future correspondence and submission steps

    • Pay the Article Processing Charges (APC)

Note: If the author is eligible for partial or full APC waiver, they must enter the discount code in the transaction ID field at the time of payment submission.

Step 4: Editorial and Peer Review

  • Submitted full manuscripts will undergo:
    • Editorial screening to ensure compliance with journal guidelines and ethics
    • Double-blind peer review by experts in the relevant field
  • Authors will receive a decision email with reviewer comments. Possible outcomes include:
    • Acceptance
    • Minor or major revisions
    • Rejection

Step 5: Revisions and Final Decision

  • If revisions are required:
    • Authors must submit the revised manuscript within the given timeframe
