Dr. Maulik Rathod
Dr. Maulik K. Rathod is a distinguished academician and accomplished professional with over 18 years of diverse experience across academia and the corporate sector. He currently serves as an Assistant Professor at Rai University, Ahmedabad, where he specializes in business management, research, and academic publishing. His academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Business Management from Rai University, focusing on consumer perceptions of eco-friendly FMCG products, complemented by a Master’s in Commerce (Marketing & Strategic Management) and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration (Marketing & Finance Management) from Gujarat University.

Dr. Arun Sharma
Dr. Arun Sharma is an accomplished academician and Associate Professor at Amity Law School, Amity University Madhya Pradesh. With over 11 years of combined industry and academic experience, he has significantly contributed to legal education and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms. Dr. Sharma completed his Ph.D. in Law in 2023, focusing on “Mediation as an Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanism – A Need of Renaissance in India by Referral Study of USA.” Under the guidance of Prof. (Dr.) Rakhi Singh Chouhan (India) and Prof. (Dr.) Sukhsimranjit Singh (California, USA), his research has paved the way for advancements in mediation practices in India.
Dr. Sharma began his career as an advocate at the Madhya Pradesh High Court, Central Administrative Tribunal, Family Court, and District Courts before transitioning
