Dr. Gulati earned her Ph.D. from Guru Nanak Dev University, focusing on Commercial and Procedural Laws, and has expanded her scholarly pursuits into criminal law and feminist legal issues. She is a prolific author, having published more than 50 research articles and book chapters, with several works appearing in UGC-approved
Dr. Sanjiv Singh Bhadauria
Dr. Sanjiv Singh Bhadauria is an accomplished academician and researcher. He currently serves as an Associate Professor in Economics at Amity Law School, Amity University Madhya Pradesh, Gwalior. With a PhD in Economics from IGNOU and multiple qualifications, including an M.Phil and M.Ed from the University of Jammu, he has established himself as a distinguished expert. His teaching expertise spans Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Business Mathematics, Intellectual Property Rights, and Research Methodology, and he has successfully guided multiple PhD scholars.
Throughout his career, Dr. Bhadauria has held significant academic positions, including his tenure as Head of the Humanities & Social Sciences Department at MBSCET, Jammu, and as a Lecturer in Social Sciences at Handa College of Education, Jammu.
Dr. Maulik Rathod

He currently serves as an Assistant Professor at Rai University, Ahmedabad, where he specializes in business management, research, and academic publishing. His academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Business Management from Rai University, focusing on consumer perceptions of eco-friendly FMCG products, complemented by a Master’s in Commerce (Marketing & Strategic Management) and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration (Marketing & Finance Management) from Gujarat University.

Dr. Arun Sharma
Dr. Arun Sharma is an accomplished academician and Associate Professor at Amity Law School, Amity University Madhya Pradesh. With over 11 years of combined industry and academic experience, he has significantly contributed to legal education and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms. Dr. Sharma completed his Ph.D. in Law in 2023, focusing on “Mediation as an Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanism – A Need of Renaissance in India by Referral Study of USA.” Under the guidance of Prof. (Dr.) Rakhi Singh Chouhan (India) and Prof. (Dr.) Sukhsimranjit Singh (California, USA), his research has paved the way for advancements in mediation practices in India.
Dr. Sharma began his career as an advocate at the Madhya Pradesh High Court, Central Administrative Tribunal, Family Court, and District Courts before transitioning
Dr. Narasinga Rao Barnikana
